I've always wanted to give Yoga a try but because of my "farting" incident in an aerobic session at the office, many years ago, where we did a couple of floor exercises which entailed a lot of stretching - I have since then put this plan aside.
Though devoid of the toxic odor, the disturbing sound that echoed inside that room puts me in the spotlight and there was no way I can deny that it was me who farted.
Oh, I can still remember how hard the girl beside me tried not to laugh or tried to laugh without a sound but sadly the uncontrollable shaking of her shoulders gave her a way.
And so, for fear of adding another embarrassing experience to my growing list I have never again attempted to join a class which will require a great deal of lying down, stretching and breathing.
Well not until the Ps. 100.00 per session right at the convenience of our own building offer came along.
Ignoring that fear, I registered and attended my 1st yoga class last April 23 and my 2nd class last May 8 without any accidents.
We'll I still have 2 remaining sessions left, I'll find out soon if I have already outgrown my old way of detoxifying........
